The Practice, the self-led hands-on meditation taught in Level 1, focuses on opening the body’s energetic channel to support a deeper connection to universal life force energy. This energy moves through the collective field, flowing through the crown of the head and into the heart and hands to support self-healing, regulation, and embodied awareness.
This is a journey. It's a daily devotion that creates full embodiment of each concept. The Practice is not a quick fix—it's a way of being.
This course provides you with a foundational understanding of the chakra system, educates you on the energetic connection between mind, body and spirit and a powerful and potent hands-on technique and meditation practice to promote healing, elevated health and overall enhanced well-being in yourself and others.

Reiki Level 2 is where your journey as a healer deepens—where energy work becomes not just something you do, but something you are. This training expands your practice beyond self-healing and opens the door to sharing Reiki professionally, both in person and from a distance.
Reiki Level 2 deepens everything you began in Level 1.
Level 1 opens the channel, Level 2 strengthens it—expanding your capacity to work with energy beyond the physical body and into the emotional, mental, and spiritual realms.
This is where your practice becomes more intentional, more intuitive, and more powerful.
In Level 2, you learn the sacred Reiki symbols—tools that amplify your energy, heighten your sensitivity, and allow you to access deeper layers of healing. You step into the frequency of emotional clearing, mental reprogramming, and distance healing, discovering that energy is not bound by time or space.
This level invites you into a new relationship with your intuition.
You learn to listen more deeply, perceive more subtly, and trust the quiet knowing that guides your work.
What begins as technique evolves into understanding.
What begins as practice becomes embodiment.
By the end of this course, you’ll hold a more grounded, attuned, and expansive Reiki practice—one that empowers you to support others with clarity, compassion, and energetic precision, while continuing to elevate your own path of wholeness.
In Reiki Level 2, you’ll learn—
the sacred Reiki symbols that amplify healing energy and allow you to send Reiki across time and space
guidance on holding space for others with confidence & integrity
how to connect more clearly to your guides, and channel energy through the lens of compassion and higher purpose
to strengthen your intuition, inner vision, and energetic sensitivity
the hand placements to be able to give a full Reiki treatment to others [including grounding positions for nervous system regulation], plus a chakra overview when working with others with pendulum work
how to work with the emotional and mental layers of healing, + how to clear and protect your energy as a practitioner
how to create sacred containers for deeper transformation—whether you’re working one-on-one, in groups, or through virtual sessions
the ethics & overview of working with clients & introduction of animal Reiki
This level is often where students begin to truly embody the Reiki path—trusting their inner guidance, stepping into spiritual leadership, and awakening their natural gifts as channels of divine light.

The Reiki Master level training holds significant importance in the practice of Reiki, it represents the highest level of expertise and attunement in Reiki, signifying a deep understanding of the energy system and the ability to attune others to Reiki energy.
As we go on this journey together, you will strengthen your knowledge, gain advanced healing abilities, increase your spiritual awareness, and cultivate an even more profound connection to the universal life force—I know it’s hard to conceptualize even MORE magic, but truly, it arrives.
As you learn to pass on your knowledge and attune others to Reiki, you are a direct contributor to the spread and continuation of this holistic healing practice. Even if you choose to opt out of training or certifying others at this time, your own practice grows in strength as you are directly attuned to the highest level of channeling this work.
The training and five-month mentorship container includes learning the advanced symbol, meditation techniques, and energy healing methods, empowering practitioners to further enhance their healing skills and share the benefits of Reiki with others.
As you learn to hold even bigger space for others, it washes over every other aspect of your life.
This is an evolution.
Basic Structure & Overview—
Two 90-minute group calls per month [one is curriculum focused, the other is integration, practicing our work, and Q&A]
One 30-minute 1:1 call per month [booked according to your availability]
Level 3 Attunement Retreat Weekend
Invitation to Attend & Shadow the Level 1 & a Level 2 Attunement Weekends [I highly suggest attending at least ONE Level 1 Retreat, this is not mandatory]. The Level 3 Attunement dates are scheduled around these trainings for easy accessibility and scheduling.
We will be choosing set call dates & times once all students are enrolled. As this container is much more intimate, we work together to co-create the best schedule. I will send out two options to choose your preference.
In Reiki Level 3, you’ll experience & learn—
The Reiki Master symbol: its meaning, frequency, and multidimensional applications
How to channel and direct higher frequencies of light
Working with the subtle anatomy at a Master level (energy fields, timelines, & interdimensional layers)
Becoming a Teacher & Attuning Others: how to perform Reiki Level 1, 2, and 3 attunements
Guided attunement structures, rituals, and energetic ethics
Creating a safe, powerful initiation space
Teaching methodology: how to confidently guide students
Crafting your own trainings in alignment with your authentic voice
Sacred Ceremony & Initiation: a Master-level attunement

Schedule for Summer/Fall 2026—
We will be kicking off the next Reiki Level 3 training in July of 2026.
This five-month training starts on July 8th, 2026 and will conclude at the end of November 2026. Calls will be the first & third Wednesday of the month from 12:30-1:30pm.
You may choose to receive your Level 3 Attunement at any of the upcoming Attunement opportunities in 2026. Students enrolled with our Reiki Level 3 program are also invited to join any Level 1 or Level 2 training call to provide energetic support and to shadow the program.

Reiki is a Japanese term that translates to “universal life force energy.”
It is believed that this energy flows through all living things and can be channeled to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
Reiki practitioners use their hands to transfer this energy to their clients, environments or to themselves, helping to bring attention to spaces that are stagnant and restore the natural flow of energy.
Sessions can be facilitated remotely, in-person, and in group settings.
Modern Reiki is a concept elevating the traditional practice by our Founder, Danielle Nicole, integrating a powerful Archetype framework to identify your spiritual gifts, ways to incorporate the foundations of Reiki in our current society, and knowing that the principles can be applied in all areas of our life—from a treatment room to the board room.
